Weatherill’s Rekindled
Where history meets modern comfort
Set in a historic, restored 17th-century colonial mansion is Weatherill’s Rekindled, Antigua’s newest hotel. Nestled between Marble Hill and Blue Waters, the carefully restored estate house of one of Antigua’s most productive sugar mills has been given new life as an elegant boutique hotel and restaurant.
The hotel, which is tucked away on the northern part of the island amid 40 acres of grounds, offers a total of seven bedrooms as well as an on-site restaurant and a flexible event space, perfect for any event, especially weddings and celebrations. There’s even a functioning windmill on the property which can be climbed up to take in the fabulous view.
The hotel’s main wrap-around gallery is where the Restaurant is located. With traditional louvres, modern restaurant amenities, and the never-ending Caribbean breeze, this is one of the best dining locations one can dream of. The culinary team, led by Executive Chef Andrew Baxter has curated a modern international menu while making the most of our local Caribbean ingredients.
The team at Weatherill’s Rekindled goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations. If you’re looking for a relaxed and charming environment in which to enjoy sophisticated dining, the restaurant at Weatherill’s is it.
Weatherill’s is currently open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven nights a week.
