Every day, along with fresh bread, such as ciabatta, baguette, focaccia, white and wheat loaves, they bake different kinds of pizza, stuffed panzerotti, cakes, cookies, brioches, and much more. All the bread baked at the Bakery Lab is sugar-free and low fat, as no shortening or chemical preservatives are added.
The Bakery Lab is also a one-of-a-kind concept store. a coffee shop/restaurant where you can stop by for breakfast or lunch but also where you can drop by to buy your favourite bread and pastries at the bakery. Ready to shop, within the Lab, you will find Vera Pelle where you can shop for genuine leather handbags and shoes from Italy or the unique pieces of jewelry made from silver and real stones by Valentina herself.
