Chef Patrick hails from Vendée, the heart of France’s finest gastronomic regions. From a young age, he was exposed to the culinary arts, but it was through his travels he mastered the craft of blending food from different cultures. This mastery of the skill of blending brought him to some of the finest restaurants, including The Restaurant Le Rive Bleu, Golf Hotel Montreux and Hotel Conte Vevey in Switzerland, The Cable Beach Wyndham Hotel in the Bahamas, The Reading Room in New York, and The French Quarter and The Hodges Bay Club in Antigua. Chef Patrick acquired Le Bistro and had been widely credited with taking the culinary offerings of the restaurant to new heights. He has intrigued and captivated the sense of guest with his sensory delight for over twenty years. It came as no surprise when Chef Patrick was featured on the pages of “Who’s Who of Chefs’ and on Discovery Channel’s Great of the World.’ Those who know him personally marvel at his personality and capacity for laughter.
