Colibri is a new French Creole restaurant set in a charming Caribbean cottage in the heart of English Harbour. Combining a love and passion or food Colibri strives to create an unforgettable dining experience. With an emphasis on supporting local producers, farmers and fishermen, Colibri is committed to sourcing the best ingredients from near and far.

Enjoy a relaxed lunch in the shade of the tropical garden. Try sweet and savory crepes, mussel platters, quiche of the day, fresh salads, sandwiches and more.
On Saturdays Colibri offers a Brunch Special consisting of poached egg, hollandaise and a choice of: ham, salmon or spinach.

The Bar is open from Noon to Midnight serving French wines, craft cocktails and mocktails with Beer on tap and house-made infused Rums. Don’t miss “Golden Hour” from 5pm – 6pm, enjoy the last rays of the day with 50% off beer, wine and house spirits. A Bar food menu is available from 5pm – 10pm.

Dinner is served from 6:30pm – 9:30pm with interior and alfresco seating. Choose between French Creole and classic French dishes. Specialties include: Lobster Risotto, Chicken Colombo, Mussel Platters, Foie Gras.
