This intimate Antiguan Boutique Hotel is situated at the centre of the historic Nelson’s Dockyard in English Harbour, in one of the original buildings constructed by the British Navy during the period 1783. It was used to store the copper sheets and lumber for shipbuilding and maintenance. The process of authentic restoration and conversion of the property into a Georgian Inn was completed between 1982 and 1988. The Studios and Suites

This unparalleled historic boutique hotel in Antigua and Barbuda combines elegance with its fascinating naval history. The hotel consists of 14 suites or studios, each named after one of Lord Nelson’s ships or their Commanders. All are superbly furnished in time-period furniture and fittings inviting guests to enjoy a self-catering Antiguan vacation experience. For our guests that prefer to dine out and experience the culinary delights that Antigua has to offer there exists a wide choice of bars and restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Contemporary Studios

The spacious Contemporary Studios are beautifully furnished exuding warmth, making guests feel immediately at home. The Freelance Studio has a king-size bed along with a single bed. Equipped with a kitchenette, a mini-fridge, and a coffee machine, you can make yourself snacks as you lounge in front of the TV.

Contemporary Suites

The contemporary suite is a duplex on two levels. On the main level is a queen-size bed and up a small staircase another queen-size bed on an upper level under the wooden rafters. The suite has a separate living room and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and coffee machine.

Georgian Studios

The two Georgian Studios, Royal Sovereign and Britannia are located on the southern side of the building with beautiful views over the yachts moored in the Dockyard. Feel like royalty nestling in a premium comforter under a net draped over a luxurious queen-sized bed. With its unique Victorian feel, you and your guest are sure to feel centuries away. With soft lighting and a romantic ambiance, you’re sure to never want to leave this elegant space. With a discrete kitchenette, you can prepare yourself a quick snack or a welcome cup of tea or coffee whilst cable television and wireless internet allow you to stay in touch as you travel back in time.

Georgian Suites

The two Georgian Suites, Africa, Ajax, Amazon, and Victory are all named after Nelson’s ships. Each suite has a queen bed, a spacious living area and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and coffee machine.
